Cancellation Policy

Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours and missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone or email. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Unfortunately, if you are late, we can not make up for lost time.
